Hello, My name is Kevin McGowan and for the past 8 years I have been employed by a leading Real Estate company in Avalon, NJ.  My position there is as a Property Manager Representative.  My duties entail handling calls from tenants and owners in regards to questions or problems they may be having with their rentals.  In my time here I have seen and heard just about every complaint and problem that you can imagine.  The purpose of this blog is to educate both owners and tenants in regards to vacation rentals.  What each party expects and how to make someone’s vacation enjoyable and make them willing to come back year after year.
